In order to keep on schedule, we ask each speaker to limit their talk to a maximum of 15 minutes, to leave enough time for a few questions and a smooth transition to the next talk. We request that each speaker check in with their respective session chair at the presenter podium during the break preceding their session (at the latest), and to upload their presentation. The use of personnal computer will not be permitted. Please, use the format 16:9 when preparing your presentation.
All speakers are required to check-in at the Speaker Ready Desk (Special Desk in the Registration Area) to upload their presentation at least 3 hours prior to the start of their session, or the day before for early morning sessions. The Speaker Ready Desk will be open from June 10 to 14 and the staff will be available to answer your questions and to help you upload your presentation from your USB memory stick.
Posters should not exceed 4'X 3' (W X H) or 120 cm X 90 cm (W X H). Push pins or velcro will be provided to attach the posters. Three poster sessions will be held. Please set up your poster at the begining of your assigned poster session. Check the schedule for your session time.
